Hi there, I'm Matthew Hutton.
I am a budding Make-up Artist (MUA), currently studying for a Foundation degree in Theatrical & Media Makeup & Special Effects. I completed a Level 3 Diploma in Theatrical Hair & Media Make-up. I specialise in gore and horror make-up but I also do glamour, television and film, studio shoots, wedding and special occassion makeup, transgender and correctional make-up.
I was born in 1972 in England. I have travelled the world and grew up in England, Hong Kong and Australia. Ever since I was a child I have loved the special effects, make-up and prosthetics of the film industry. I also grew up building scaled models, which I still do occasionally, time permitting. Now in my later years I have the opportunity to chase my dream, a dream of being a full time Make-up Artist.
I am currently doing a university degree to improve my skills and would like to continue studying. I do make-up for charity events, private studio shoots, television, film, theatre and amatuer photography clubs. I take inspiration from artists such as Stan Winston, Ve Neil, Rick Baker, Stuart Freeborn, Oskar Schlemmer but to name a few.
My hobbies are model building and historical re-enacting.

Wedding Make-up
For that special day, make-up done and looking beautiful. Hair can also be arranged. Prices start from £35. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required upon booking.
Studio Work
I love doing studio work and also do out door shoots. I charge from £15 an hour, excluding travel. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required upon booking.
TV, Theatre, Film
I am hard working, reliable, fun, adaptable and professional. My rates start at £20 per hour not including travel. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
